About the job as a Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at Jefferson Wells, working with our client Siemens Energy, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the bidding process for energy projects. You will work closely with Technical Bid Management, Engineering, Sales, regional units, and central functions. Your analytical skills will be crucial when assessing costs, pricing factors, and financial processes to provide valuable input to project proposals.

Common tasks include:

• Supporting and executing sales calculations and processes in collaboration with internal functions.
• Implementing concepts related to taxes, currencies, guarantees, and financing.
• Conducting risk management by identifying, calculating, and minimizing risks.
• Analyzing costs and financial processes and suggesting productivity measures.
• Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and digitalization within Commercial Bid Management.

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of financial processes and thrives in an international environment. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. To succeed in this role, you are communicative, proactive, and possess good IT skills.

We expect you to have:

• Post-secondary education in economics, finance, or business administration (vocational training, bachelor's or master's).
• 1-3 years of experience in financing, controlling, sales, bid management, project management, or product costing.
• Very good understanding of financial processes.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• The ability to work effectively in multinational and multicultural teams.
• Fluent English skills (Swedish is a plus).
• Good IT skills.
